FK has extensive experience gained by Hyper in production work, using the most modern design and computing systems, and meticulously studying every detail.

It is characterized by the high rigidity of the structure and the absence of any flexion on the Y axis. Rapids and high accelerations allow reductions of the working cycle times, especially on large pieces.

Available with three different strokes on the X, 1600 – 2700 – 4000 mm, it is destined compete in the prominent segment of machines tools market, identified by Y stroke of 800 mm.

Machine tools are made of high-grade cast iron with reinforced rib structures, and do not require very complex foundation.

The column-holder carriage slides on it, through roller guideways (all X,Y and Z axis have such kind of guideways).

The column has been studied to grant the highest rigidity of the spindle-holder head and it gives support and to the tool magazine system.

An elegantly styled fairing with 2 front sliding doors gives a marked personality to the new Hyper machine, enriched by the logo and the usual operation signal lighted by led stripes.

FK is even characterized by an innovative support system for CNC which for sure will be appreciated by the users.
