Dual Spindle CY-STC55/550 Series CNC Turret Lathe System

The machine bed features a one-piece cast bed with both side and rear chip removal options, and both guideways utilize high-rigidity roller guides. It offers high rapid traverse speeds, excellent dynamic response, and high precision retention.

The sub-spindle is a high-precision, high-rigidity synchronous servo direct-drive electric spindle. Direct-drive motor drive ensures zero transmission, resulting in low vibration, low noise, and minimal kinetic energy loss.

The basic layout utilizes two opposed spindles with an upper turret. Both the main and sub-spindles are equipped with C-axes and hydraulic locking. Workpiece indexing and surface interpolation machining can be performed on either spindle, effectively addressing the challenges of fast, efficient, and high-precision machining on both sides of parts.
