SMTCL Vmc850h High-Precision Vertical CNC Machining Center

The VMC850H machining center is a high-efficiency vertical machining center designed for the automotive industry and high-precision parts machining. It features high accuracy, high efficiency, and high rigidity. Through professional design analysis and optimization, the machine delivers excellent static and dynamic performance. It can be equipped with either a high-speed or a high-torque spindle to meet the requirements of high-precision and high-stability machining, and is suitable for automated production lines.

1. C3-grade precision ball screws are adopted, together with a unique pre-tensioning process, which effectively reduces the influence of screw heating on transmission accuracy, improves overall machine accuracy, and enhances deformation resistance and accuracy retention.
2. High-rigidity P-grade roller linear guideways are configured, ensuring strong heavy-load cutting capability, high machine load capacity, and excellent accuracy and accuracy stability.
3. The spindle bearings adopt P4-grade special bearings. After the complete spindle assembly is carried out under constant-temperature conditions, each spindle undergoes dynamic balancing and run-in testing, resulting in a spindle system with high speed, high rigidity, and high precision.
