Versatile SGA3063AHR Saddle Mobile Grinding Machine for Precision Tasks

This series machine is divided into AHR and AHD series. The AHR model is driven by a common motor in the vertical direction, and the AHD model is driven by a servo motor in the vertical direction, and the PLC control can realize automatic grinding.The machine adopts the cross plate layout, and the transverse guide rail is attached with teflon soft belt.Closed hydraulic system is adopted for the movement of the worktable. The forward and backward feedcan be manually fed or the screw can be driven by the motor to automatically feed intermittently. Thedownward movement of the grinding head can be achieved by using the lifting motor for quick lifting(AHR) or the servo motor for quick lifting and automatic feeding (AHD), which can also be accomplishedmanually. The machine adopts sliding screw, high strength cast iron foundation, grinding head spindleadopts precise angular contact rolling bearing, high rigid sleeve structure, the overall quality of themachine is stable, smooth operation.
