Common pipe threading lathes can be used without the following matters

Pipe threading lathe, also known as pipe threading lathe, is a kind of horizontal lathe designed for turning and processing large diameter pipe fittings, featuring a large spindle through-hole aperture (generally above 135mm) and chucks at the front and rear of the spindle box, so as to facilitate the clamping and processing of large diameter pipe fittings or bar pieces. The product is widely used in mechanical manufacturing, petroleum, chemical, coal, geological exploration, urban water supply and drainage industries.
If the parameters deviate from the normal range, it means that the system or the machine tool itself or a part or part of the equipment is faulty, and the cause must be identified immediately to prevent the fault from causing a bigger accident.
1. Abnormal temperature rise. Commonly found in the motors and bearing gearboxes used in various common pipe thread lathes.
2.Abnormal speed. Due to sudden change of load or mechanical failure of the machine tool, the running speed of the machine tool exceeds or is lower than the normal speed.
3. Excessive vibration and noise. Poor design, manufacturing defects, installation defects, unbalanced operation of parts, wear and tear of parts, lack of lubrication and foreign objects entering the machine tool can cause abnormal vibration or excessive noise of the machine tool.
4.The sound of impact occurs. It may be because the parts are loose and fall off, into the foreign body, the rotor is not balanced, etc.
5. the input and output parameters are abnormal. The performance is as follows: change in machining accuracy; change in machine efficiency; abnormal power consumed by the machine; abnormal quality of processed products; sudden decrease in the amount of material added, which means that there is leakage or blockage in the production system of ordinary pipe thread lathe; machine tool running with disease.
6. Internal defects of ordinary pipe thread lathe. This includes cracks in the parts that make up the machine tool; a decline in the quality of insulation of electrical equipment and facilities; defects caused by corrosion.
The workpiece is clamped by the two chucks located at the two ends of the spindle for rotary movement after passing through the through hole. There are two ways of feeding the tool: one is the same as on a normal lathe, driven by a screw in front of the bed and the tool holder; the other is by a flat comb cutter on the bed’s central slide (see automatic opening and closing thread cutter) cutting into the workpiece and moving forward with it. Some machines for processing long tubes also have workpiece support devices, such as the central frame, with the tool holder, rear support, etc.
