CNC pipe threading lathe daily maintenance precautions

The CNC pipe threading lathe is a specialised machine tool for pipe processing, designed and manufactured for the processing requirements of oil pipelines, casing and drill pipes in the petroleum, chemical and metallurgical industries, mainly used for processing internal and external pipe threads. The use of CNC programming technology makes the machine more convenient to use and operate. The use of the CNC pipe thread lathe is regulated in terms of environmental requirements, power requirements, temperature conditions and usage specifications.
It is mainly used to process internal and external pipe threads, which are automatically controlled by the CNC system, and can process various internal and external threads, and can also be used as an ordinary CNC lathe to process the external and internal holes and end faces and tapered surfaces of the workpiece. This machine tool can also process various imperial, metric and touch number threads, turn various shaft and disk parts, and play the role of an ordinary lathe, and the CNC pipe thread lathe is indeed an ideal machine tool for the petroleum, geological, chemical and agricultural sectors.
Matters that should be noted in the daily maintenance of CNC pipe thread lathe.
(1) When taking out a certain circuit board from the whole CNC pipe thread lathe, attention should be paid to recording its relative position and the connected cable number. For the fixed installation of the circuit board, the corresponding crimped parts and screws should also be taken down before and after for record. The dismantled crimp parts and screws should be placed in a special box to avoid loss, after assembly, the box should be used in its entirety, otherwise the assembly is not complete.
(2) The soldering iron should be placed in front of a smooth hand and away from the maintenance circuit board. The tip of the soldering iron should be properly trimmed to accommodate the soldering of integrated circuits and to avoid touching other components when soldering.
(3) measurement of resistance between the lines, should be disconnected from the power supply, measurement of resistance should be red and black pencil interchangeable measurement twice, to the resistance value of the large as a reference value.
(4) most of the circuit board brush with solder resist film, so the measurement should find the corresponding solder as a test point, do not eradicate the solder film, some boards are all brushed with insulation, then only at the solder point with a blade to scrape the insulation layer.
(5) should not be arbitrarily cut off printed lines. Some maintenance personnel have certain home d maintenance experience and are used to cutting off lines to check, but most of the circuit boards on CNC equipment are double-sided metal hole boards or multilayer holeized boards, the printed lines are fine and dense, once cut off it is not easy to weld, and it is easy to cut adjacent lines when cutting lines, and then there are some points where the CNC pipe thread lathe does not make it detach from the lines when cutting a certain line, and it needs to cut several lines at the same time to do so.
(6) Components should not be removed and replaced at will. Some maintenance personnel, without identifying the faulty components just by feeling that a component is bad, immediately dismantle and replace it. This has a high rate of misjudgment and a high rate of artificial damage to the dismantled components.
(7) dismantling components should be used to absorb tin and tin rope, do not take hard. The same pad should not be heated for a long time and repeated disassembly, so as not to damage the pad.
(8) Replace new devices, their pins should be properly treated, and acidic solder oil should not be used in soldering.
(9) Record the switch on the line, jumper position, should not be arbitrarily changed. Pay attention to marking the components on each board when carrying out cross-checking of more than two poles, or when swapping components, so as to avoid confusion, resulting in even good boards not working.
(10) Check the power supply configuration and type of the circuit board of the CNC pipe thread lathe, and according to the needs of the inspection, the power supply can be supplied separately or in full. Pay attention to the high voltage. Some boards are directly connected to high voltage or have a high voltage generator inside the board, which needs to be properly insulated, so special attention should be paid during operation.
