CNC Flat bed machine are how to properly operate the CNC system before and after the power check steps?

Simply speaking, CNC Flat bed machine is a processing equipment based on the ordinary lathe, which comes after the addition of CNC control system, servo control system and other advanced electronic control devices and feed system and after strengthening. CNC Flat bed machine not only inherits the processing characteristics of ordinary lathe which is suitable for powerful turning of large workpieces. CNC Flat bed machine maintenance concept, not simply limited to the CNC system failure, how to troubleshoot and timely repair, so that the CNC system as early as possible into use, should also include the correct use and routine maintenance. Then how to correctly operate the CNC system before and after the power check steps? The following  numerical control lathe on the details of the correct operation before and after the power check method.

 

1. CNC system power on before the inspection:

(1) check whether each printed circuit board in CNC device is fastened, and whether each plug is loose.

(2) carefully check whether all the connection cables between the CNC device and the outside world are correctly and reliably connected according to the provisions of the connection manual provided.

(3) Whether the connection of the AC input power is in accordance with the requirements specified by the CNC device.

(4) Verify that the various hardware settings within the CNC unit are in accordance with the requirements of the CNC unit. Only after the above checks, CNC device can be put into power operation

2. CNC system power on after the check:

(1) First of all, check whether each fan in the CNC device is running normally.

(2) Confirm that the DC power supply on each printed circuit or module is normal and within the allowable fluctuation range.

(3) Further confirm the various parameters of the CNC device.

(4) When the CNC device and the machine inline power, should be connected to the power supply at the same time, as the emergency stop button pressed in preparation for an emergency at any time to cut off the power.

(5) manually with a low speed to move each axis, observe the machine tool to move the direction of the display is correct.

(6) several times to return to the machine reference point action, used to check whether the CNC machine tool to return to the reference point function, as well as each return to the reference point position is consistent.

(7) CNC device function test.
