Self-diagnostic fault analysis for CNC Flat bed lathe

CNC Flat bed lathe fault diagnosis can use self-diagnosis, you can also use the instrument to check, in the machine tool can be installed in the automatic diagnosis system, after the occurrence of a fault in time to diagnose the system, found the problem, you can issue an alarm in the system, marking the area where the fault appears, for different types of fault, you can issue different alarms.

 

1、The system has been reporting an emergency stop alarm after the machine tool has been started. In the system has been reported after the start of the emergency stop alarm, and accompanied by other alarm information, will affect the normal operation of the machine tool. In the fault diagnosis, you can check the input and output state of the machine tool under the PLC state of the CNC system, the normal input and output state, you can troubleshoot according to the machine tool electrical and circuit drawings, no fault found, to check whether the emergency stop switch is damaged.

 

2, manual mode tool position is not converted. CNC Flat bed lathe manual mode tool position does not convert, to first check the input and output signal state, the detection of input and output signals, to check the signal lines, found damaged to be replaced in a timely manner, the signal line of the tool and the signal line of the steering wheel connection to ensure normal access. Detect the input and output signal state is normal, to check the electrical cabinet in the relay indicator and contactor, and check whether the knife frame in the moment of suction is normal over power, there is no current response, may be electrical damage.

 

3、The cooling machine does not work in manual mode. If the cooling machine does not work in the manual mode, first check the input and output signal status of the cooling machine, and check the circuit according to the circuit drawing of the cooling machine, find the circuit short circuit and broken circuit to be dealt with in a timely manner, check the electrical components in the circuit, as well as the voltage of the cooling machine is normal, to determine the circuit of the cooling machine is normally energized.

 

4、After the power is turned on, there is an empty open tripping phenomenon. Immediately after the power on the empty open tripping phenomenon, do not rush to power, to check the circuit first, find the reason for the empty open tripping, may be the rated current is less than the CNC Flat bed lathes need current, there may be a three-phase electric short circuit or a circuit problem.

 

5, the CNC system position ring fault alarm. CNC system position ring failure, the general failure alarm, at this time to detect the position measurement circuit, measurement components and position ring control interface, etc., position measurement circuit open circuit, measurement components damage and interface signal does not exist, etc., will make the CNC Flat bed lathe coordinate axis in the absence of instruction movement, causing obstacles to the workpiece processing. In addition, the coordinate axis offset is too large, the position loop and speed to form a positive feedback, may also be the feedback line components occur damage.
