Solution: Check whether the instructions used in the program is executed in accordance with the trajectory required by the manual, can be determined by playing the percentage table, the percentage table is positioned at the beginning of the program, the end of the program whether the dragging board returns to the starting point, and then repeat the execution even if the results are observed, but also to note its regularity; check whether the system parameters are set reasonably or that there is a change; relevant machine configuration in the coupling calculation coupling parameters on the single calculation whether the requirements are met, whether the pulse equivalent is accurate; whether the machine tool drive part is damaged, whether the gear coupling is uniform, check whether there is a periodic, regular failure phenomenon, if so, check its key parts, and to exclude.

9.the dimensional change caused by the system is unstable.

Failure causes: system parameters are not set reasonably; the operating voltage is not stable; the system is subject to external interference, causing the system to lose step; when adding capacitors, the system and drive impedance does not match, causing the loss of effective signal; the signal transmission between the system and the drive is not normal; the system is damaged or internal failure.

 

Solution: whether the speed and acceleration time are too large, whether the spindle speed and cutting speed are reasonable, whether the operator changes the system performance due to parameter changes; install voltage regulator; whether the ground is fixed and reliable, whether the anti-interference absorption capacitor is added at the contact point of the drive pulse output, whether the appropriate capacitor type is selected; check whether the signal connection line between the system and the drive is with shielding and whether the connection is reliable, check system pulse generation signal is lost or increased; send the factory to repair or replace the motherboard.
