1、In mass production, the workpiece is occasionally presented super poor

Failure causes: it is necessary to carefully check the fixture, and taking into account the operator’s method of operation, and the reliability of the clamping, because of the scale changes caused by clamping, it is necessary to improve the workpiece so that workers try to prevent human negligence to make misjudgment phenomenon; CNC system may be subject to fluctuations in the external power supply or disturbed after the active occurrence of disturbance pulse, passed to the drive resulting in the drive to accept the remaining pulse drive motor to take away or less go phenomenon.

Solution: understand and grasp its rules, try to use some anti-disturbance methods, such as: strong electric field disturbance of the strong cable and weak signal signal line blocking, participate in the anti-disturbance absorption capacitor and the use of shielding line blocking, in addition, check whether the ground is connected solid, ground contact near, adopt all anti-disturbance methods to prevent the system from being disturbed.

2, each process of the workpiece has the phenomenon of incremental or decremental

Fault causes: program writing error; system parameters set unreasonably; equipment set improperly; mechanical transmission parts have rules cyclical change fault

Solution: Check whether the instructions used in the program are performed according to the requirements of the manual track, can be judged by playing the percentage table, position the percentage table at the starting point of the program so that the program is completed whether the dragging plate back to the starting position, and then repeat the performance even if the results of the investigation, to grasp its rules; check whether the system parameters are set reasonably or are considered to be changed; the relevant machine tool equipment in the articulation accounting coupling parameters on the single accounting Whether to meet the requirements, the pulse equivalent is accurate; check whether the machine tool transmission part of the damage, gear coupling is uniform, check whether there is cyclical, regular fault phenomenon, if there is, check its key parts and give sweep.

3, the system caused by the scale change instability

Cause of failure: system parameters set unreasonably; operating voltage is unstable; system by external disturbance, resulting in the system out of step; have added capacitors, but the impedance between the system and the drive does not match, resulting in useful signal loss; system and the drive signal transmission is not normal; system damage or internal fault.

Solution: speed, whether the acceleration time is too large, spindle speed, cutting speed is reasonable, whether the operator’s parameters are amended to cause changes to the system function; add voltage stabilisation equipment; ground the wire and determine that it is securely connected, add anti-disturbance absorption capacitors at the drive pulse output contacts; select the appropriate capacitor type; check whether the signal connection line between the system and the drive is shielded, and whether the connection is secure, check Check whether the system pulse generation signal is lost or added; send the factory to repair or replace the main board.
