High Precision Qt500X400 CNC Slant Bed Lathe for Metal Machining

Suitable for high-precision hard turning, specifically for materials with hardness of 45–65 HRC. The machine features an overall slant bed structure, enhancing hard-turning performance while maximizing space utilization and effectively addressing chip and coolant removal. The machine bed is made using a resin sand casting process and undergoes secondary tempering, providing excellent thermal stability. The cylindrical spindle box structure is equipped with circular cooling fins. The lubrication system uses a quantitative pressurized light-oil system, delivering timed and measured lubrication to all critical points such as lead screws and guideways.
