1.High-rigid integrated bed
This series of machine tools adopts a 45 ° inclined integral bed, which is more stable when cutting. The increased span of tailstock and bed saddle guide rail greatly improves the rigidity of bed saddle and tailstock.
2.Spindle with high speed,high rigidity and high precision
The structural dimensions of the integral spindle are optimized to meet the requirements of high rigidity and high speed. Through careful assembly, the spindle achieves the most ideal accuracy, featuring low temperature rise, small thermal deformation and high accuracy.
3.High rigidity tailstock
The tailstock adopts a built-in sleeve small spindle structure, which has the characteristics of good rotation accuracy and high rigidity. The position of the entire tailstock can be adjusted by dragging the bed saddle.
4.High rigidity feed system
In order to compensate for the elongation of the lead screw caused by the rise of the working temperature, and ensure the positioning accuracy of the lead screw and the system rigidity of the ball screw when it is used, the lead screw is pre-tensioned and pre-tensioned according to a certain thermal elongation before assembly to eliminate the impact of temperature rise on the accuracy.
5.High rigidity servo tool rest
Adopt servo 12-position tool rest. The turret adopts servo-driven hydraulic locking mode, and the turret is silent, high speed, large torque and fast tool change. The locking cylinder inside the turret is matched with a precise concave and convex tooth positioner, which has high positioning accuracy for tool change, can convert the tool forward and backward, and can bear heavy cutting.
