Product Description

T5Q series horizontal CNC lathe, which combines the intelligent control technique and advanced manufacturing technique, has high precision, high efficiency, and high cutting rigidity. It utilizes finite element analysis software for optimization and design, analyzes the distribution of stress points, reduces deformation of the components, and realizes the optimal structure of the whole machine. The main casting components were made of high strength cast iron, which can guarantee the minimized vibration during turning and at the same time improve the machining precision and cutting stability.
