1. Integral high-rigidity spindle:
The product increases spindle torque and enhances bearing specification to provide more power and rigidity.A2-8 spindle is standard configuration and A2-11 spindle is optional.
2. Overall tilting machine tool body:
HTC40P adopts rib-shaped design of 45°overall body optimization, and features better force-bearing stability during cutting. Bed material adopts high density cast iron, and features high strength and good shock absorption.
3. Quench-hardened sliding guide rail:
The guide rail completely adopts quench-hardened sliding guide rail, guide rail width reaches 110mm, and guide rail span reaches 380mm, bringing higher machining precision and higher rigidity.
4. Guide rail tailstock:
Tailstock of HTC40P is configured with sliding guide rail integrated with machine tool body, telescoping sleeve and manual locking,and features good rigidity.
5. Servo tool post:
Turret adopts servo driving hydraulic locking mode, and tool post features silence, high speed, large torque and fast tool changing.
6. 2-axis feeding:
X-axis and Z-axis adopt servo motor for driving and direct coupling with ball lead screw is realized through elastic shaft coupling, so that users obtain good machining accuracy and stable machining performance.
