Advanced Bvc-500 Inverted Deep Hole Drilling Equipment for Precision Engineering

The inverted deep hole drilling machine differs from traditional drilling processes by adopting a revolutionary bottom-up drilling method. It uses a high-pressure (over 7 MPa / 70 kg) center-through coolant system to cool the cutting tool and achieves efficient chip breaking, thereby enabling truly high-efficiency deep hole drilling.
The machine is compatible with various drilling tools such as gun drills, U drills, and crown drills, allowing flexibility to accommodate different tool types, materials, and working conditions.
Drilling is performed using a bottom-up approach, which facilitates chip removal.
A high-pressure through-tool coolant system is used for drilling, making chip breaking more efficient.
Workpieces are clamped using a hydraulic system.
